Mandrel Lubricant
"CERELUBE" is used as a lubricant and anti-friction
agent by manufacturers of spiral wound tubes, cores, cans, and spindles. It is
specially formulated to lubricate the paper that comes in contact with the forming
mandrel. "CERELUBE" is applied as the paper is drawn over or under the "CERELUBE"
cake. The amount applied depends upon the pressure at application, which is controlled
by the operator, or by the various formulations of "CERELUBE".
We can custom formulate to your particular needs Cake: 8" x 4" x 2 1/4" (2 lb.) Packaged in corrugated shipping containers weighing approximately 50 lbs.
Mandrel Oils We have various formulations of oil used for Mandrel lubrication. These oils are FDA approved quality for use where contact with food products is needed. Many viscosities from which to choose. Waxes Stevenson-Cooper, Inc. is a distributor and custom blender of many grades of paraffin and microcrystalline waxes for moisture proof applications. We also supply waxes for cutter blade lubrication. |
